At 25, workplace bullying pushed me to a low point, but it sparked a journey of self-transformation.

The lowest point of my life

At the age of 25, I was overweight, suffering with glandular fever, depression, back problems, and workplace bullying. I lived my life unaffected and in my head.

I was living in denial. In denial of myself, in denial of my purpose, and in denial of what I needed to to in order to get there.

But I found my way out. And I want to share the path I took to find my true self.

I faced my feelings head on, and took ownership over my life.

Now I guide people like you.

If you’re feeling lost or without purpose, I am here to help. My method is designed to change the way you think, the way you process your emotions, and discover your own path in life. Through this method, you can improve your mental health and start reaching the goals that matter.

Do you leave for work before your family wakes up and get home when everyone is already asleep?

Are you sitting with your family but mentally already in tomorrow’s meeting?

Are you the person everyone brings problems to, but you have nowhere to take yours?

When something goes wrong, do you carry the responsibility even when it isn’t yours?
